Services

  • Individual Therapy (CA & FL)

Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential space to identify struggles, work through your relational struggles to self and others, process past childhood traumas and most importantly celebrate the successes and little wins. I use an individualized approach that will help you feel less stuck and more in control. You are the expert on you, and I am here to help support and guide you in a way and tempo that works for you

  • Couples Therapy (CA & FL)

In couples therapy, I am not on either partner’s side, my side is the goal of the work. That means my job is to help support you both as a team, to work towards your therapy goals. I will support you both as a team and have you come back to the fact that you are both here, putting in the work and that is an amazing accomplishment already.

  • Coaching (Anywhere)

Coaching sessions can be helpful for those people who want and need less of the processing and deep work, and really just want skill and solution based strategies to every day life struggles. Coaching is not therapy, and we will work on specific goals and ways you can support yourself in your world to achieve the life you dream of.

  • Parent Coaching (Anywhere)

Let’s be honest, parenting is really hard. There are simultaneously no handbooks on your kids, and too many handbooks on kids. I provide parent coaching for parents of teens and young adults who are struggling with the transition into the later phases of parenting and life. I provide coaching strategies and psychoeducation around development, age appropriate boundary pushing, and how to implement (and stick with) behavior plans in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re starting a boot camp or lacking care and understanding. At the end of the day, you are here because you love your relationship with your child. I want to help support a relationship that can grow past that 18 year mark, where your kids want to come home for holidays and want to call you, not just feel obligated too, or don’t all together.
